Updating Multiple Cards (Bulk Edit)

Manage large teams efficiently by updating dozens of cards at once.

1. Select Your Cards

In your Dashboard > My Gallery, use the checkboxes in the top-left corner of each card to select the items you want to update. You can also use the "Select All" shortcut.

2. Open Bulk Editor

Once you select at least one card, a Floating Action Bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the "Bulk Edit" button.

3. Enable and Update Fields

In the Bulk Edit window, you must check the box next to each field you wish to update across all selected cards. Fields you can update include:

  • **Company Branding**: Name and Logo.
  • **Contact Info**: Office Phone, Website, and physical Address.
  • **Social Media**: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • 4. Save Changes

    Click "Update Cards". The system will process all changes in the background, ensuring consistency across your entire fleet of cards.


    > Bulk updates only change the specific fields you enabled. Other information (like individual names or personal emails) will remain untouched on each card.
